Various renovations have been carried out over the past few years. 

The restaurant can seat around 100 guests. In addition, around 50 people have a place in the sun on the terrace.

The solidly built chalet with a wooden facade is right next to the hotel building. The 7 guest rooms are spread over three floors.

The house is very easy to reach by car and public transport.

The entire parcel is zoned in mixed zone B (residential, quiet to less disruptive commercial and service use, hotel use).

Due to the hillside location, the excellent view from the existing hotel will not be impaired by a possible new building.
