The owner family has been running the hotel as a bed and breakfast hotel for around 5 years. 

The restaurant can seat around 100 guests. In addition, around 50 people have a place in the sun on the terrace.

The solidly built chalet with a wooden facade is right next to the hotel building. The 7 guest rooms are spread over three floors.

Parking spaces

The Hotel Berghof Amaranth has a large number of its own parking spaces on the property directly between the main entrance of the hotel and the chalet, as well as on a gravel space a little below the hotel building. 

Expansion options

The entire parcel is zoned in mixed zone B (residential, quiet to less disruptive commercial and service use, hotel use).

There are two possible building sites available for expansion.

The realization of a possible project requires in advance more detailed clarification with the responsible authority.
