This multi-award-winning, ecological boutique hotel stands on a plateau. It impresses with rediscovered building materials. The basement level and the load-bearing interior walls are classically concreted. The exterior walls consist of layered straw plastered with clay and lime. This creates a very pleasant and healthy indoor climate inside the building.
The hotel is an oasis of relaxation, deceleration and fasting.

The Hotel consists of two buildings:
– The service building, which houses a 3 room flat, the office, the kitchen and the common lounge with panoramic windows.
– The guest house, with a cellar, the air-water heat pump and the 8 guest rooms.
Next to the guest house, there is the whirlpool and the sauna. Around the two buildings is a garden that invites you to relax and unwind.
Additional information
In summer, 100% of the required hot water can be produced via the solar system. In winter, it is less due to the temperature.
Due to the very carefully chosen, sunny location and the building materials used, combined with the ecological heating system, the annual energy costs amount to approx. CHF 6,000.00.
The property includes 10 outdoor parking spaces.
Next to the property is a building land parcel with about 4’000sqm which can be acquired from a third owner for an extension project if interested.
