Every property has a story behind it. Our references show how visions were turned into concrete solutions – discreetly supported, professionally implemented, and sustainably oriented.
From a traditional family business, where succession was strategically transferred to a new generation at an early stage, to a tourist-oriented property with a new usage concept: our projects reflect the diversity of the market as well as the individual requirements of our customers.
Stock's Steakhouse Mülenen – A Tasty New Chapter
After a temporary closure, we were able to successfully find new tenants for the well-known restaurant in Mülenen. The new operators are sticking with the tried-and-tested culinary concept, focusing on high-quality meat specialties, and reopened the restaurant on 1st June 2025 under the familiar name Stock’s Steakhouse.
The restaurant remains true to its character and continues its gastronomic focus with fresh enthusiasm – much to the delight of its many regular guests from the region and travelers along the Lötschberg axis. A successful example of the revival of a valued business.
Hotel Restaurant Zwirgi – A Traditional Establishment With A Promising Future
The Hotel Restaurant Zwirgi above Meiringen has been successfully sold to a new, dedicated owner. This unique guesthouse is nestled in the heart of nature and can be reached by car or, during the summer season, by post bus. The impressive Reichenbach Falls are just a few minutes’ walk away – a place steeped in history and scenic beauty.
The hotel impresses with its authentic and natural style: each of the charming guest rooms is individually designed and made from a different type of wood – a tribute to the diversity and naturalness of the region. Zwirgi stands for unwinding, slowing down, and a genuine connection with nature.
Even after the change of ownership, the traditional hotel will continue to be run in the same style. Both the hotel and the restaurant will remain open and welcome guests with fresh, regional cuisine. Whether you are a hiker, cyclist, or seeking peace and quiet, the Zwirgi remains a welcome retreat in the midst of the Bernese Oberland mountains.
We are delighted to have successfully accompanied the brokerage process for this special property.
Maya Boutique Hotel Nax – Handing Over A Passion Project
In the heart of the Valais mountains, we successfully brokered the sale of the charming Maya Boutique Hotel in Nax to new owners. The hotel – known for its sustainable approach and unique architecture – was a passion project for the previous ownership couple.
The handover took place in January 2025, with the opening planned for the end of June 2025. It is particularly pleasing that the new owner has developed a coherent concept for the future direction of the business, which is closely linked to the natural environment and the retreat-like character of the hotel. Under the name Nada Brahma Retreats, the hotel is being repositioned as a place of tranquility, contemplation, and holistic experience.
Even though we were not directly involved in the concept development, this example shows how valuable it is to give a property a future-oriented direction. Upon request, we are happy to assist our clients in developing comparable concepts – with experience, sensitivity, and foresight.
Hotel Lauberhorn – A New Chapter As Grindellodge
The former Bed & Breakfast Hotel Lauberhorn in Grindelwald has been successfully transferred to experienced hoteliers Jan and Maja Pyott, renowned for the award-winning Hotel Glacier. With their clear vision, they have completely reimagined the property.
Reopened in January 2025 under the new name Grindellodge, the hotel now blends modern design with Japanese-inspired elegance. The concept honours the historic ties between Grindelwald and Japan, forged in the early 20th century by pioneering mountaineers like Kaga Shōtarō and Maki Yūkō. Today, this cultural connection lives on through a unique fusion of alpine character and Far Eastern aesthetics. The hotel also features Grindelwald’s first Japanese restaurant – a culinary highlight that reinforces its repositioning.
This transition illustrates the potential of a well-planned succession – respectful of tradition, attuned to its location, and aligned with future opportunities.
«C und M Café Bar Restaurant» Grindelwald – Succession With Prospects
After more than two decades of successful management by Christine Jucker and Hermann Inäbnit, we were able to hand over the traditional restaurant “C und M” in Grindelwald to new owners.
With Heller Gastro AG and the young restaurateur Lukas Heller, we found a successor who impressed us not only with fresh ideas but also with a sound concept. Today, the business is run under the new name “BaseCamp” and has quickly established itself as a popular meeting place for locals and guests alike.
For us, this is an example of how forward-looking planning and targeted mediation can successfully continue the history of a business.
Hotel Panorama Grindelwald – Boutique Hotel Relaunch With A View
The former Hotel Panorama in Grindelwald was successfully transferred to new owners through our agency. Situated in a prime location on the sunny Terrassenweg with unobstructed views of the Eiger, the property has been transformed into a boutique hotel.
The new concept blends alpine simplicity with modern comfort, focusing on nature-based relaxation. The rooms feature generous windows overlooking the mountains, with a design characterised by warm tones, natural wood, and a tranquil atmosphere. It offers guests a refined and peaceful retreat with a strong connection to the region.
This successful transition highlights how a well-planned succession can preserve continuity while creating space for thoughtful renewal.
